Payment must be received prior to the scheduled session.
No direct billing available. Receipt will be issued after each session. You may submit to insurance company for reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy: If you want to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please send an email 48 hours before the scheduled time to avoid the cancellation charge. If you are feeling unwell, please request for an online session instead.
A CAD100 late-cancellation/no-show fee will apply if cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours' notice
