About Me

I am a Mental Health Specialist, Registered Clinical Counsellor (R.C.C.) with BC Association of Clinical Counsellors and a Registered Social Worker (R.S.W.) with the British Columbia College of Social Workers (BCCSW)

My therapeutic work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health challenges. I guide clients in developing greater awareness of their bodily sensations, emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, empowering them to challenge unhelpful beliefs, reframe distorted thinking, and build effective coping strategies.

In addition, I provide Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for Couples and Family Counselling, as well as Certified Premarital Assessments and Foundations. I help couples and families enhance communication, navigate relational difficulties, and gain insight into the patterns and dynamics that shape their relationships.
